3. Conditions for Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled through the website. In such cases, customers should contact Customer Support for assistance.

4. Refund Process

Upon successful cancellation of an order:

For prepaid orders, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

5. Exceptions

Certain products may be exempt from cancellation due to their nature. These include:

Perishable goods.
